A 70-strong Polish delegation, headed by deputy minister of infrastructure and development and deputy chairman of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, has paid a visit to Iran’s northeastern city of Mashhad. The delegation, which included governmental officials, merchants and economic players, held talks with members of Mashhad Chamber of Commerce and businesspeople on Sunday. The Polish mission also met with the governor general of Khorasan Razavi Province and was scheduled to meet with the mayor of Mashhad and visit the city’s tourist attractions the same day. The visit comes after Khorasan Razavi Governor General Alireza Rashidian, heading a delegation of 30 economic players, visited Poland in January.
